Bella Vita Congregate Living is a 6 bed residential care facility which provides 24/7 care to patients requiring complex medical care.  These services are provided in a home specially adapted for this purpose, thus allowing family members to keep their loved ones out of an institutional environment.  The home features plenty of areas to visit your loved one and technology such as FaceTime and Skyping for those times you are unable to visit in person.
