Services We Provide:
We provide services to clients with the following conditions (not limited to the following conditions)
Rehab Team consisting of licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and social services will be available upon physician order
We are able to provide care to clients with the following medical needs (not limited to the following)
**We provide for client's dietary needs based on physician's order
- Brain injuries: trauma patients, cerebral vascular accidents, anoxic brain injuries, post-aneursym
- Medically complex: IV antibiotic therapy, G-tube feeding, multiple trauma/fratures
- Neuromuscular disorders: Guillaine Barre, Myasthenia gravis, muscular dystrophy, and spinal cord injury
- Complex wound care including wound vac therapy

- Ventilator dependent
- Tracheostomy
- Gastrostomy dependent
- Colostomy or urostomy dependent
